MENTAL HEALTH.

The role of our Mental Health Champions is to support our members to access the mental wellbeing benefits of running, remove stigma and get people talking about mental health.

Our champions are not mental health professionals but they are supportive, approachable and non judgmental and will signpost and assist our members in sourcing professional support with their mental health.

If you are experiencing any mental health issues or believe any of our members to be struggling with their mental health, you can speak to the Welfare team in total confidence.
